Can I change or cancel my order?
We understand that plans change! If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. While we’ll do our best to accommodate your request, changes or cancellations are only possible before the order has shipped. Once it’s on its way, we can assist you through our returns process if needed.
What is your order and shipping policy?
We aim to process and ship your order as quickly as possible, typically within 2-3 business days. Please allow additional time for shipping during peak seasons or for customized items. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is on its way.
Do you ship internationally?
No, we currently ship only within the United States.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $125 within the United States.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and link. Just click the link to see where your order is along its journey to you. If you have any issues with tracking, feel free to reach out, and we’ll be happy to assist!
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date, provided the item is in new, unused condition with tags still attached. To start a return, please visit our Returns and Exchanges page and follow the steps. We recommend shipping your return with tracking, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

What if my item arrives damaged?
We’re sorry to hear that! Please contact us within 7 days of receiving a damaged item. Send us a photo of the damage, and we’ll help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
