Initiating a Return or Exchange: If you wish to return or exchange an item, please visit our website, locate your order, and click on "Start a Return" to begin the process. We’ve made our return instructions easy to follow for your convenience.

Time Frame: You have 30 days from the original purchase date to return items for an exchange or refund.

Condition Requirement: Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with all tags attached.

Packing Slip: Please indicate the reason for your return on the packing slip included with your purchase.

Prepaid Label: Use the prepaid return label attached to your invoice for easy shipping back to us. This label does not require any out-of-pocket cost or additional insurance.

Return Shipping Fee: A fee of $7.95 will be deducted from your refund when you use the prepaid label for standard returns. For oversized items, a fee of $12.95 applies. Shipping fees for exchanges of the same item (different size or color) are waived. Shipping fees for exchanges of different items will be applied.

Direct Return Address: If you prefer not to use the prepaid label or are returning from outside the contiguous 48 states or have an APO/FPO address, please send your return to:

Refund Processing: The purchase amount will be credited back to your original method of payment. Refunds are processed upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s) and will appear on your billing statement within one billing cycle.
